Mears Point Marina offers annual boat dockage on the Maryland Eastern Shore, Kent Narrows, Chesapeake Bay to fit your individual needs. Annual boat slip rental runs from January 1 through December 31 or April 15 through April 14.

Your slip fee may be paid in full upon contract signing, or Mears Point Marina offers a six month payment plan for an additional service charge.

Rates include  free cable TV, dockside water, in-water winter boat storage with marina provided ice eaters, and access to all of our marina amenities.  Electric is individually metered and paid directly to Delmarva Power.

The annual boat dockage rate also includes a $25.00 Kent Narrows Yacht Club membership fee. KNYC members are entitled to a  fuel discount at the Mears Point Marina fuel dock, as well as other benefits.

Transient Dockage Rates

Mears Point Marina welcomes all boaters to experience our resort marina. Transient rates are available for overnight stays weekdays, weekends or holidays.

Daily Dockage Rates

  • $2.00/foot - Monday thru Thursday
  • $2.75/foot - Friday thru Sunday
  • $3.00/foot - Holidays - min 2 nights
  • $50.00 dockage minimum per night

Daily Electric Rates

  • 1/30 amp - $7.00 per night
  • 2/30 amp or 1/50 amp - $12.00 per night
  • 2/50 amp - $24.00 per night
  • Adapters available with a deposit
